Packers rally for win over Seahawks!!!! YEAH BUDDY

That’s my boys!!!!

GREEN BAY — The Packers scored a 27-17 win over visiting Seattle on Sunday night, deeply satisfying Packers fans seeking revenge against the Seahawks.

Green Bay regained the lead with 9:28 to play in regulation when Aaron Rodgers flipped a 5-yard touchdown pass to Richard Rodgers. The Rodgers-to-Rodgers connection then added a two-point conversion, and the Packers led, 24-17. It capped a 10-play, 80-yard touchdown drive.

Packers defensive end Jayrone Elliott made the play of the game when he intercepted at close range a Russell Wilson pass with 6:50 to play in regulation. It left the Packers with the ball at the Seattle 37.

A scrum resulted and Seattle linebacker K.J. Wright was ejected from the game, as bitter feelings from past games between the two teams began to surface.

James Starks killed clock and moved the ball closer to the goal line and a potential game-clinching field goal. On third-and-6 from the Seattle 21, Rodgers completed a pass to rookie Ty Montgomery at the Seattle 8.

Mason Crosby booted a 21-yard field goal and the Packers were 1:56 away from avenging a heartbreaking loss to the Seahawks in last January’s NFC title game.

Rodgers threw for 249 yards and two touchdowns, and Starks rushed for 94 yards in relief of Eddie Lacy, who left the game in the first quarter with an ankle injury.

The Packers are 2-0 heading into next Monday’s game against visiting Kansas City. The Seahawks are 0-2.
